"Show me what YOU do to pray."
Group: [various…'out loud', 'hands in prayer position', etc.]
"Why would you think you would be shown this [arms in Wah-so' position] for calling upon the Creator?"
J: What does that do?
"That's what I'm asking. Why would you be shown this and not this? [arms folded]
C: Because that [arms folded] closes off the flow of energy coming through.
"Very good. The last time you were shown…what?"
Group: To keep our chins 'up'.
"Why would you be shown this?"
Group: [various answers…looking up to heaven, opening up, etc.]
"That's a good one, but not quite what I was going for."
Guest: Because you really shouldn't 'bow' your head?
"Exactly! Why?"
Guest: Because we are 'all' the Creator, all aligned with the Creator.
"You were taught to 'call in all of Creation', correct? Why would you be ashamed of it? Why would you not 'face' it?"
Guest: It is programming left over from childhood.
"All right…we're teaching you the new way, in all things. We are not saying face your Creator as an 'equal', although some of you might look at it that way. That's a personal perception. What we say to you is to 'face' what you're calling in. Face what you're asking for. Face what you are demanding. Face everything that comes your way through all of Creation, because this is what you are asking for. Now, you may stand.
You are NOT to verbalize, because I will be changing for you…from the end. Follow with your hands. Do not say a word or a note.

"Follow." [group is lead through 'Dance' WITHOUT tones or statements…followed by repeating the three new tones out loud…]

"Now, all of you say it. Not the first part [dance]."
[Entire exercise is repeated; first the 'dance', silently, then the new tones and movements.]
"I did not hear very many of you. Try again."

"Very good. You end your first Prayer. Yes. You've opened up to everything. Yes. You are now signifying [through the following prayer] 'higher work'.
[Meaning of tones and movements is explained.]

Tee-pah' = 'I speak Truth…'
Kay-ear' = 'to All-That-Is'
"Understood? This is the first step of POWERFUL prayer, the most powerful prayer you can imagine.
"Now, when you have finished, keep your hands here" [Wah-so position].
"I invite in the Purest Love of Creation" [group repeats] Now, like you mean it!" [group repeats more forcefully]

The Prayer:
"I invite in the Purest Love of Creation."

"Allow all Pure Love of Creation to work through me." [group repeats]

"Are you getting what we're doing? You begin, you 'state', you 'seal' that statement, then you 'speak Truth', and 'seal' that Truth. And you're going to practice how often?
Group: Three times a day. MINIMUM!
"Now, we do not have the time constraints that you have, therefore, this body can only take our energy for very little time…so we did not ask you to perform your 'Dance' first. You must perform your 'Dance' FIRST. Then, when you finish with those two statements [above], you perform your 'Dance' one more time. Yes?
"All right…practice, practice, practice PLEASE. I cannot stress how IMPORTANT this is. Please, please…. Because you have been chosen…and that's all I can say.
