A new tone is being given…. WAH-SO

[For practicing this week, we have been given two 'modes': (1) the 'prayer mode', and (2) the 'dance mode'.]
Dance Mode:
WAH-SO…..VO…WAH-SO…SO-MEH…WAH-SO…BEH-EE-T… WAH-SO (accompanied by hand/arm movements. See photos)
"Very good, very good. It's beautiful! <grin> All right, now, WAH-SO, in 'prayer mode'. You begin WAH-SO, then do prayer mode, followed by WAH-SO. Always begin and end with WAH-SO. Let us begin."
Prayer Mode:

"I freely release
all energies

"We have a choir of angels in this place! Now, what you have just finished is the first prayer of two."
"In these prayers, that you are in the processes of learning…this first one that we have just put you through is for 'you'. The second set [prayer] is for everyone else as 'you', and 'you' as 'everyone else' [all are One] This does not mean you have to give up 'individuality'; it means you embrace more into you to make you even MORE individual, while being 'more' of everything else. And the next time we come, we will begin teaching you the second prayer. You must practice your 'dance' and your 'personal prayer dance'.
[The 'dance' is the first exercise explained above…doing only the tones, accompanied by the corresponding hand/arm movements as shown in the photos. The 'personal prayer' dance, given below, is for your 'practice' sessions only, and not to be done as the actual prayer during a healing session. In practicing the 'personal prayer dance', you do the same thing as in the 'prayer mode', but instead of verbally stating the 'verse' that goes with each tone, you simply say the word that represents the 'ideal' of that verse: "release" instead of stating the entire first verse; then the word "imprint" instead of stating the entire second verse; then the word "align" instead of stating the entire third verse.]

[We are, basically, learning a new language or, rather, a very 'old' language which predates Ancient Hebrew. The 'meaning' of the tones we have been given so far are:]
Wah-So = Creator
Vo = female/male aspects of your Body-Self
So-Meh = opening of your heart
Beh-eee-t = all of creation
"Remember those words [release, imprint, align]. Now, let me hear you do this again, yes?"

Very good. It is time for me to depart. You will have many things explained to you the next time you come together. And if you have any questions concerning THIS part of it [first prayer], make sure they get answered the next time you come together because we will be leaving this apart when 'we' come in next time [lesson #9] and start brand new with your second prayer.
