Michael asks everyone to stand in a circle and perform the 'full dance'…

The group is then asked to participate with Michael in the energetics needed to bring forth the new water from the crystals that have been used during each class. Various members of the group are then asked to make offerings to the water on behalf of specific Qualities and Attributes:
"I offer this for the Minds of Men."
"I offer this for the Hearts of Men."
"I offer this for the Minds of Women."
I offer this for the Hearts of Women."
These people then participate in the full dance again.
Other offerings are then made:
"I offer this for the Healing of Humanity."
"I offer this for the Healing of the Earth."
"I offer this for the Healing of the Universe."
"I offer this for the Healing of All Creation."
The full dance is then performed again.
Other Qualities are then programmed into the water:

The full dance is performed again while Michael places other energetics into the water.
Michael: Where are your rocks [crystals]? Take all of them but one.
[Everyone then places the crystals they had been holding (except for one) into the water on behalf of what they were toning for.]
Michael: This must 'cure' for 3 days.
This water…we understand you have limitations as to what you're allowed to call things… so we are going to be very obtuse about this water, shall we? This is THRONE WATER because it has been brought to you directly from the Throne of the Creator. As you do your full dance, that's Who you're calling upon. The water is fully regenerative. Make sure you don't run out or you're going to have wait 3 days to charge the new water. My advice is to have it very 'handy', so perhaps take your crystal, charge a gallon, then take it out and charge another gallon so you do not run out. Now, what you need to take into consideration is, you know the full dance now. When are you going to do it?
J: All the time.
Michael: That's an excellent answer. Now, we know that some of you have been asking if you can send this energy to people [long-distance healing], and we have told you that you can act as a 'proxy'. One of the other things you can do is send some of this water [in the form of a crystal] to that person [the one requesting healing], and once they begin drinking that water, you can dance for them…but they have to have the water in their bodies to accept it. That's their Contract to accept the healing energies of it. Do you understand? [yes] If you have people that wish to just drink the water, it will be like 'saying a prayer'. The most effective way for the water to work for them is to begin doing the full dance along with drinking the water. It's Contract.
You have been told that the first part of the dance that you do is for your 'body'. The second part is more or less for your 'direct connection to the Throne'. The water binds the two of them together, because that's what your body is, that's what your emotions are…the two tied in together. Water is the gift to you from this planet, from whom you came from, whether you're an alien soul in a human body or a different soul in a hybrid body. It does not matter. Your body is made of nothing but dirt and water…mainly water. So you slop around like mud pies all day long. It's time to make the connections. It's time to honor the Contract that you have with that body and the work that 'both' of you agreed to do while you're here. You have freewill choice…your body doesn't. Your body has a very strict Contract. The only choices that can affect your body and override its original Contract are YOUR freewill choices. Did that impact you yet? I didn't hear any gasps or anything. One of the things that you HAVE to take into consideration is, any damage that's done to your body…you did it. You brought it right on in through the choices that you've chosen to make in your life, against the Contract that your body has, because your body and you have a link-up. Now, how many of you, ten years ago, drank more than a gallon of water a day? None? Right there, you damaged your body. How many of you have had to wear corrective lenses? [show of hands] How many of you have had lung problems? [show of hands] I know how many, but I refuse to just accept the hands raised there. How many of you have had heart problems? [show of hands] Blood problems? [show of hands] Skin problems? [show of hands]
Michael: Guess what that's from?
Group: Lack of water.
Michael: Exactly. Precisely. Now, some of you are sick and tired of hearing this be said. Well, YOU CHOSE this. You chose to come in and alter the body and the Contract of the body. Now, a lot of you can get by with saying, "Well, I didn't know that". OK…but you've known it for how long now? And has it really changed?
Group: Yes
Michael: And have you noticed the changes in your body since you've been drinking more? [yes] I hear a couple of little [grumbling]. All right, we're not going to tell you anymore. We're not going to tell you what you already know anymore. From now on, after these classes are over with, you're going to come and you're going to get information, but you're not going to get the same redundant information anymore. You want to know why?
Guest: Time to 'do' what we came in to do.
Michael: Which is?
Guest: Honor our Contract. Drink more water.
Michael: And to teach OTHERS to drink more water. Because, you see, that's part of your Contract…each of you. You know people that are having health problems, and you may say, "Drink more water". How often do you say it? You're going to say it to them as many times as we've said it to you, until they look at you and every time you open your mouth they say, "I know, I know…drink more water!" That's why we're not going to say it to YOU anymore, because now it's YOUR turn to go forth and be that pain in the derrière.
You have every option in the world not to do any of this, you have freewill choice to walk away this evening or any other evening that all of you get together, and not do any of this. But you know what? One of the things that you need to be aware of, whether you like it or not, is you have developed a consciousness as a group. Do you understand this? And when you opt out your freewill choice NOT to do what this group, as a whole, has now done, you're not just disappointing yourself and your body, you're taking away from the group effort. Quite a responsibility, huh? You were warned, were you not? And you now KNOW, for a fact, that you're here for more than just yourself, and that's one step…making that commitment to this group…that you all chose to make. You can move away, but are you going to do the work? Because, if you do the work, the group will feel it.
Guest: I need some more clarity on what my job is, what my mission is.
Michael: Which one?
Guest: What part of this…what part am I…
Michael This is a big part right here…teaching the dance, sharing the water, being more concerned in what goes on 'around you' than 'within you'. That's everybody's lesson here, is it not? You have to take into your being the fact that if you're miserable, if you're ill, if you're angry, if you're out-of-sorts, you're too involved in yourself. Get out of yourself. Put all that energy into doing something good for someone else. Does it matter 'who'? Heaven's no. Does it matter 'what'? Well, y'know, that's kind of touchy. LOL I guess you could follow Lord Sananda's saying, "If it feels good, do it!" But none of you in this room, none of anyone that's ever been in this room, EVER, is here for their own enjoyment, just themselves. Yes, there are humans that walk around on this Earth that are, whether it be clearing up karma or whether it be just because that's what they wanted to do. But those of you that know you're here for a Higher Purpose, that's not you. 'THE' Higher Purpose, the 'HIGHER' purpose, is never for just YOU. There's only one individual alive on the face of this planet right now that can truly say that…and none of you are that Being. Harsh? Shouldn't be, because if you think that's harsh, you're too wrapped up in your egos right now. OK? Now…you want to know what your purpose is? To spread Love and Light…period. Yeah, there's a lot of others, that you can say, "Well, I'm also supposed to be here to do this or do that." You know what? You're not wrong, but I guarantee you whatever purpose you can come up with, it has something to do with spreading Love and/or Light…period. You've got to be out of yourself to do that.
How many of you remember being told 'if you're feeling depressed, if you're feeling bad, if you want to feel better, all you have to do is 'look up'? Remember that one? OK, well, doing the dance is 'looking up'. Performing this dance is insisting that you get out of yourself…period. That's all it is. Remember the prayers that go along with this? The words, the statements, remember these? It's like, "OK, God, take away all those nasty little freewill choices that I've brought into this life and into this body, and put it back in Order. I've caused far too much chaos, and I don't want to do that anymore." Now, there's times that we've chosen to come in here and we have made you feel guilty, we've made you feel responsible, we've made you feel angry. Do you think that was our intent? You bet it was, because 98% of everyone on the face of this planet is governed by their emotions, whether they wish to acknowledge it or not. Did you get that? So, to bring about change in your life, one of the things that 'we' need to do is push one of those cute little emotional buttons you have, to make you sit up, take notice, and go, "Damn, I didn't know that!" or "Why did they do that to me?" or "Why did they say that to me?" You want to heal yourself? Hey! Go heal yourself! You want to make billions of dollars? Go make billions of dollars! You want to be rich and famous? Well, go be rich and famous. But don't ask 'us' to help you, because that's YOUR choice. And if it's your choice, it's your responsibility. Don't ask us to come running to your aid to put you back in Order because you totally screw things up. Have I said enough swear words yet for you to know who I am? <grin> So what you need to take into consideration here if you want to be completely self-contained…you're the only one that works on you, you're the only one that gets answer for you, you're the only one that does ANYTHING for YOU…go have a happy, healthy life. Enjoy. We bless you with the best. But don't come running to us for help. Go running to the other people in this room…they'll probably be silly enough to help you because they love you, they want the best for you. We love you, we want the best for you, and we've told you everything that you need to know to get you back on the right track. And you're sitting there going, "But, oh, God, my arthritis is just killing me, it's just killing me. What can I do? I can't focus in on anything else because the arthritis is just killing me". Well, guess what? We're not going to say 'drink more water' anymore. We're going to look at you and we're going to say, "Oh, sorry about that! Hate to see you in pain, really hate seeing you in pain. Think real hard and maybe you'll come up with something that will make it better". We love you, and we'll send you all the love there is, and maybe you could ask these people around here to do a little bit of healing work on you, give you a Band-Aid, a quick-fix…but those quick-fixes don't last forever. Right? We have spent the last several years explaining to each of you, and numerous others out there, the time for getting your own answers and going within is done. [points to each person in room] You have a portion, you have a portion, you have a portion, you and you and you…so how in the world can you get your own answers if you only have a tiny percentage of a portion, and everybody else added together has more than you do? I'm not saying to go to any one person. You've been asked to come together as a 'community', to work together as a community. When you come together as a community, there are NO BOUNDARIES to anything that you can get done together. You can give each other energy, you can support each other, you can love each other, you can lean on each other, and you can get and give as much as you need. But one of the things you have to take into account is, as many times as you get worked on, how many times do you work on someone else? That's what we call the 'fair energy exchange' scenario. If you have one person that works on you for thirty minutes, you owe that person thirty minutes worth of work. Now, if that person is willing to take something else in exchange for that work, so be it, that's their choice! But you HAVE to give that person thirty minutes worth of 'something'. Do you understand? But when you come together as a group and you dance together, and it works wonderfully because you're doing it 'together', do you owe anybody anything? No, because you just 'gave', 'together', you just 'received, 'together'. Understood?
You will be having one more class, and you're going to have a lot of information that's going to come to you that night. Before it begins, have some of this water ready. DO NOT drink any before then, because we want you to see how expansive this water can make you. OK? Now, it's time for me to go. Do you have any questions?
Guest: How much water does it take to seed another container?
Michael: We've tried to give you a set little standard of about 1/4th , but some people don't understand that concept. LOL I'm sorry, I have to laugh. You can take a cup of that [Throne] water, one cup, and you see as many crystals as are fully contained in that water. You can take those crystals out and use that same water to charge that many more crystals. But, yet, you can also take one crystal and you can put it in a swimming pool, and three days later that swimming pool is going to be filled with Throne water. And then you can empty out that swimming pool until it's got about 1/4th left, and you can refill it and it will be Throne water again. OK? And you can keep adding, and you can keep adding, and you can keep adding, all you want. All crystals have to be charged for 3 days. Anymore questions?
Guest: So doing the dance will make positive changes in one's life?
Michael: Most definitely.
Guest: Does it take long to see the changes?
Michael: [to J] What do YOU think?
J: Well, it doesn't take long at all…like one day.
Michael: LOL
Guest: It really depends. I can be in a bad mood, or something happens at work, and I'll just do the 'silent mode' and *snap*, it's gone.
Michael: Instantaneous.
Guest: [to husband] Did you hear that? I asked for you.
Michael: He was given the shorthand method last time, correct? [yes] And did it work, did you try it?
Husband: Yeah, I use it every day.
Guest: I will remind you, because my life is just great! But I am the positive one, always, and I'm trying to do the dance and make it help. LOL
Michael: If YOU do the dance, it radiates out to HIM. If he's not happy enough for YOU, YOU do the dance and see how it affects him. But see, you can't insist on making him do something. You can 'suggest' it, but what if he's angry enough that he doesn't want to stop that anger, then what are YOU going to do?
Guest: I'm trying to raise his energy…
Michael: OK, then YOU dance, because it will affect him, just as he was informed that, if he's got somebody angry at work, he can perform his little dance and it radiates out to them and changes them.
Aurora: OK, that helps. I'll do that. LOL We'll see. I will try it. LOL
Michael: Exactly. So, do we have anymore questions?
Guest: Does it [the charging of the crystals] have to be in the dark for three days?
Michael: No, not at all. You can cook with it, you can freeze it, you can do whatever you like to with it. It's the 'ULTIMATE' water.
Guest: Is there anything that we need to do with the way that we're doing the dance? Is it OK the way we're doing it, or do you have suggestion how we should change it some way?
Michael: You've had ten weeks of suggestions so far. Don't you think that's enough? We're not going to tell you to practice anymore because that would be redundant, wouldn't it? If you haven't heard it by now, you're not going to hear it anymore. We're not going to beat you over the head with it, it's still your choice whether you're going to do it or not. But as Lord Sananda is famous for saying, "If it feels good, do it", and if it really feels that good, do it a lot. It's one of those things that, the more you do it, it just keeps getting better, doesn't it? Who knows, maybe with the human physiology, maybe it'll become addictive to you. Wouldn't that be marvelous?
I will not be the one coming in next time, but that's a bit of a surprise so we'll just wait and see what happens then. Yes?
