LESSONS ON UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS

INSTRUCTIONS

These channeled classes have specific 'requirements' that need to be met in order for the exercises to have the intended optimum effect. The following applies to each of the 'lessons' [which is every 'odd-numbered' class; 1,3,5, etc.]. There will be Q&A as well as energy work during the 'off-weeks' ['even-numbered' classes; 2,4,6, etc.]. Michael has suggested, however, that to get the 'most' out of each class, that these same requirements be adhered to 'every' week.

Before reading/listening to the first lesson, you are to fast for 5 hours from ALL food, although you are to continue drinking water.

Before reading/listening to the remainder of the lessons:

1. You are to fast from all 'grounding' foods [meats, dairy products, and breads] for 12 hours prior to the lesson, with the last 5 hours being a fast from ALL foods [except water] immediately preceding the taking of the lesson.
2. You are to remove from the body: ALL jewelry, ALL metal, including piercing studs and zippers on pants [a good option is sweatpants with an elastic waistband], eyeglasses and contact lenses, shoes, and any tight or constrictive clothing [Ladies, if you wear a bra, remove it].
3. You are to wear only clothing of 'natural fiber', i.e., 100% cotton, wool, silk, etc.
4. You are to practice a MINIMUM of three times per day.
5. You are to memorize the following statements:

•  I FREELY RELEASE ALL ENERGIES THAT HAVE REDESIGNED THE PLAN OF MY ORIGINS.
•  I NOW CALL UPON THE PLAN OF MY ORIGINS THAT ARE STILL IMPRINTED IN WHOLE.
•  ALIGN THIS BEING SELF ON A CELLULAR LEVEL TO SPROUT INTO FRUITION THE ARCS OF CONNECTIONS TO DIVINE WILL.

ONE OTHER NOTE: Please do not ask 'who' is bringing the information forth. Michael has told us not to ask for a 'name'. Rest assured, Metatron is overseeing these classes and all energies anchored into the body to speak are of the Highest of Love and Light from our Creator. Sananda has also told us that we would not be able to differentiate one energy from another, as we normally do, because the Master or Angel giving the class would be anchoring in their own Higher Self mode. This means that all of their energies would feel the same because we are all One.

We suggest you read each lesson through first to familiarize yourself with it, then go back and do the toning exercise.

Also…it is asked that these lessons NOT be distributed by forwarding them to other individuals or lists. It is requested, instead, that all persons interested in these classes be directed to this website for the reading of the lessons and the listening to the toning via the sound-bytes that have been set up.

An announcement will be made when video and audio tapes are available.
